Laboratory & X-Ray
The Wake Forest University Deacon Health Laboratory offers lab testing for students seen by a clinician at Deacon Health. Lab testing can also be provided for students, who must have a written requisition for specific tests from their physician.
Our CLIA-certified laboratory offers:
- Lab testing for students seen by our clinicians
- Requisitions accepted from personal providers with approved forms
X-rays are available with a physician’s order. All X-rays are read by a radiologist at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. X-ray services will be billed through Atrium Wake Forest Baptist.
