The Wake Forest University Deacon Health Laboratory offers lab testing for students seen by a clinician at Deacon Health. Lab testing can also be provided for students who must have a written requisition for specific tests from their physician.
Our CLIA-certified laboratory offers:
- Lab testing for students seen by our clinicians
- Requisitions accepted from personal providers with approved forms
Please note that X-rays will not be available for the 2026 Fall Semester.
