Welcome to Deacon Health

Deacon Health is an on-campus primary care clinic serving Wake Forest University Undergraduate and Graduate Students on the Reynolda Campus. Our board-certified providers can perform an array of services, including primary care visits, care for acute illnesses and minor injuries, and STI screening and treatment. Students also have access to immunizations, X-rays, pharmacy, and laboratory services at our facility.

After Hours Support

Deacon Health partners with an outside agency for after-hours nurse advice. Calling this line after hours is for guidance on current medical concerns ONLY. Please call 336.758.5218 and follow the prompts to be connected to this service. 

Please note that the outside agency for nurse advice cannot assist with appointment scheduling, test results, billing questions, or any other administrative questions.
