Student Health Fee

All students pay a health fee which covers office visits with our board-certified providers. Services not included in this fee include:

• Injections and Immunizations
• Prescriptions
• Lab Tests
• Medical Supplies
• Travel Health
• X-ray

A receipt for all of your charges will be available to print or download can be found in your Deacon Health Portal. You may use this receipt to file with your insurance provider.

Student Blue Insurance Program

Wake Forest students can participate in our Student Blue Insurance Program (aka “student health insurance”) which covers most aspects of your Deacon Health Service visit, with the exception of X-rays.
